Antonio (Tony) Simeone was born in Cervinara in the Avellino Province of Italy, and migrated to Australia with his parents in 1964, aged 10.

Tony is managing director and founder of his own financial services company and has been active in many Italian community organisations in Adelaide, including the South Australian Italian Association, or Italian Club, the Campania Sports & Social Club and Radio Italiana.

He has served the community via the Lions Club of Adelaide Italian for the past 17 years, including as President from 2001 to 2002.

He was elected to the South Australian Italian Association Board of Management and served as its secretary since 2002.

He is also Life Governor of the Campania Sports & Social Club, as Campania is his Italian region of origin, and Member of the newly formed Molisani Association.

Tony speaks English, Italian and French.
