Regional Advisory Committees

Under the South Australian Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission Act 1980 the Commission convenes three Regional Advisory Committees (RACs), in the South East, the Riverland and the Upper Spencer Gulf areas. These groups, which are made up of service providers and community representatives, identify ethno-specific issues as well as regional issues in general.

Multicultural SA also works in partnership with the Regional Multicultural Communities Network and its members organisations to build their capacity to be self-sustaining and provide social and cultural support for their members.
