On acceptance of grants, successful applicants are required to:
-
maintain full records of receipts of project expenditure;
-
provide a Income and Expenditure Statement upon the completion of the project and within 12 months of receipt of the grant;

return to Multicultural S.A. all unspent funds or funds spent on purposes not approved for the grant; and
-
acknowledge the funding from the South Australian Government in all material and at any events associated with the project and in all publicity for the project.
Reporting Requirements
Grants under $10,000
All successful applicants are required to complete a Grants Income and Expenditure Statement upon the completion of the project and within 12 months of receipt of the grant.
Organisations who do not complete a Grants Income and Expenditure Statement upon the completion of the project and within 12 months of receipt of the grant will not be considered for future funding.
Grants over $10,000
All successful applicants are required to:

complete a Grants Income and Expenditure Statement upon the completion of the project and within 12 months of receipt of the grant;

Submit a certified financial statement for the income and expenditure of the project; and
-
Submit a report of the outcomes of the project.
Organisations who do not complete a Grants Income and Expenditure Statement and Report upon the completion of the project and within 12 months of receipt of the grant will not be considered for future funding.
Insurance
Grants recipients are strongly encouraged to obtain all permits, approvals, insurance covers etc. needed for the project; and, in particular, take out public liability or other insurance to cover loss or injury occurring to any person (whether visitor, volunteer or participant) at an event or activity that is part of a funded initiative or at a venue used for the purposes of an event or activity that is part of a funded initiative.
