Multicultural SA coordinates a Volunteer Migrant Information Officer Network of bilingual, multilingual or bicultural volunteers who provide a free, direct information and referral service on government and other services to their respective communities.
Volunteer Migrant Information Officers are based in various community organisations. Multicultural SA provides regular training and information for the volunteers.
